About Me

I am a fully qualified (HPD, DSFH, BMus, PGCE), accredited and insured clinical hypnotherapist & solution-focused psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner.

I have trained at The Clifton Practice, and with some of the most experienced and forward thinking therapists in the UK.

I use techniques based on the very latest in brain research, using solution-focused therapy and EMDR to support clients. My techniques also utilise NLP, scaling, and hypnosis.

I am a registered member of the Association of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), adhering to its strict code of ethics. I regularly attend supervision and engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest brain research and the solution-focused approach. Additionally, I am a member of the UK Association of Solution-Focused Practitioners (UKASFP) and an accredited member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH).

I am a professionally trained Violinist and Violist with a busy performing career alongside my therapy work. Having studied at Trinity College of Music in London, I have performed with many of the UK’s leading orchestras and ensembles and appear regularly on stage in front of up to 10 thousand people!

I am passionate about reducing anxiety for best performance.

I have worked for 16 years as a Music Education Professional, and am a qualified teacher with a PGCE. I am very experienced in working with children and teenagers and hold a full enhanced DBS and all up to date training.
